Milk stored for extended periods often requires a second pasteurisation cycle. Our single pasteurisation method is the ultimate proof of our product's premium quality and freshness!

We ensure that our yogurts meet rigorous quality benchmarks at every single stage of production. The milk used in our yogurt comes exclusively from cows fed on certified non-GMO forage. Analytical sampling is carried out periodically to guarantee absolute security regarding milk provenance to our consumers. Pavlakis also places a strong emphasis on animal welfare and health.
